I spent 5 years as a chef at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel. During my time, I gained experience in many areas including fine dining, banquets, butchering, garde manger, cheese monger and more. I received the quarterly 5 Star Award for employee excellence four times for my work in the Ritz-Carlton kitchens.
I started as a chef in one of Disney's many fine dining restaurants in their Downtown Disney attraction at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA. There I honed my skills in preparing meals quickly, accurately and efficiently. I will teach you these same skills in our learn how to cook classes.

“We hired Chef Mike to cater a party of 12 including a dear friend that had been the Executive Chef of a 5 star restaurant. My friends were so impressed with the professionalism and the food - they still talk about it. My friend the chef asked for the recipe of the rolls as they were to die for. We highly recommend him!!!" Mia Apodaca
